After earning her bachelor's degree in marketing from UCSI University and gaining valuable experience in the workforce, Hayden embarked on a journey to further her education. She was awarded a full scholarship to pursue an MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology that was wholly driven by her deep passion to leverage her education and experience for the betterment of her community.
With a strong background in sales and customer success, Hayden has consistently adopted a holistic approach to every task and situation. Her professional journey has taken her through the ranks of prominent organisations such as ClassPass, Samsung Electronics, Fave, and GE, among others.
Recognising her exceptional contributions, Hayden was nominated for the Impact Award during her tenure at ClassPass, a testament to her outstanding work performance and commitment to making a difference.

During a recent UCSI International Alumni Engagement session conducted online, Badie shared insights into his career journey, highlighting significant experiences and growth achieved through his tenure at renowned multinational corporations such as Ernst and Young Business Consulting (EY), Samsung Electronics, Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., and Aramex.
Following the completion of his MBA program at UCSI University, Badie ventured into the fields of internal audit and risk management, driven by a strong personal interest. His role as a senior internal auditor at Aramex, one of the largest logistics companies in the Middle East, marked a transformative period in his career. Over the past five years, he had the privilege of travelling to more than 35 countries, an experience that broadened his horizons.

Badie is characterised by his passion for tackling challenges, an attribute that propels him toward his career goals. His long-standing ambition has been to work for one of the prominent "big four" audit and consulting firms, with a particular focus on Ernst and Young Business Consulting (EY). Notably, he employed the power of visualisation as a tool for motivation, crafting a mock EY business name card that he placed on his notice board to serve as a daily source of inspiration. As the saying goes, "where there is a will, there is a way." True to this adage, Badie's relentless dedication paid off, culminating in his successful completion of three rigorous interviews and securing a position at EY. Currently, he oversees audit operations in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, with his base located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
